On occasion, MQM confirm messages are sent to a firm’s Dead Letter Queue (DLQ), necessitating CME clearing services to retransmit those records.  In an effort to minimize the potential loss of records and processing delays of the MQM transmission, we want to encourage firms to implement procedures to retrieve messages sent to a DLQ.  Please review the following information and consider implementing such a process.
